What you'll need

  • Sliced baguette
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

How you'll make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Brush bread with olive oil and place on a baking tray
  3. Toast the bread for 5-10 minutes, flip halfway through
  4. Toss tomatoes, basil, parmesan, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
  5. Top bread with the tomato mixture
