WATERMELON PIZZA
Summer’s great…any way you slice it!

You’ll need:
1 watermelon
1 cup yogurt
2 ½ cups of whatever fresh fruit you like (we recommend blueberries, pomegranate seeds and cut strawberries)
Honey or syrup (optional)
How to:
Cut a large slice of watermelon from the center, about 2-3 inches thick.
Lay the large slice flat and spread an even layer of yogurt on top, leaving a bit of empty space along the rind to give the appearance of "crust".
Decorate with fresh fruit and cut watermelon into slices similar to a pizza. Drizzle with honey or syrup for a little extra sweetness if desired, and enjoy around the fire pit!
